		<description> Google+ 2012

 2012 was a year of baited breath. And, from politics to sports, the Google+ community was there for every moment of it.

As copywriter and editor, I crafted a video that relived the most enriching moments of 2012 through the lens of Google+.

Originally a video to inspire global Google, the internal reaction was so overwhelming that Google+ decided to take it public. 

What a fantastic present from Google Senior VP Vic Gundotra, celebrating my birthday by debuting our little project on his Google+ page.

To help the driver predict the unpredictable, Audi introduced the Night Vision Assistant, a tool to help drivers defeat darkness.

In 2011, we turned a simple PSA into a sweet Halloween story powered by Audi's innovative thermal imaging technology.

Acting as both Assistant Director and Editor, I helped coordinating the production full of parents, their many children, and a RED camera inserted into a brand new Audi A6. 

Used the car's Night Vision Assistant, we filmed this scene unfold.

Audi enjoyed the spot so thoroughly, the originally digital-only commercial ended up being nationally broadcast for the week prior to the All Hallow's Eve night.

In 2012, AKQA took over Audi New York to reintroduce the city to the LED headlight. For weeks, the Audi storefront lit up Park Avenue. Motion triggered, our custom installation of actual headlights viscerally showcased the power of Audi LED. 

To give the installation a life outside of New York, I shot and edited this video of the experience.

Coco Rocha is the first Supermodel of the digital age. 

Even if you don't follow the runways or religiously flip through Vogue, a light excursion into the fashion world will quickly lead to Coco Rocha's dancing feet. 

So Target Style invited the digital supermodel to be a guest editor on their Tumblr blog, On the Dot. 

Given raw off-the-cuff footage from the photoshoot, I made an ad for the ad that celebrated Coco in her unfiltered brilliance. The 30 second spot went viral with over 500K views on Youtube and quickly was a gem of the fashion blogosphere.

The Music Video Race is a daring contest giving filmmakers
48 hours to meet their band, pick a song, and make a video.

Raising $2K and pulling together a diversely creative 13 member crew, I dubbed my team the westealpuppies collective. 

Of course, an unintentional farse ensued.

A band in the midst of an identity crisis that adamantly did not want to be in their own video. A serendipitous Indian, a bathtub lined with sushi and filled with blood. Melodramatic emails and petty theatrics.
